OUR CLIENTS

Our path to happy is not running a high-volume business. We do not attempt to compete with online, mass-production companies. We delight in the creation process, customer interaction and serving our local community. Our clients value personalized care and understand that our pricing reflects custom services provided.

PRINTING

We use commerical equipment and latest print transfer technology to produce high-quality, lasting products. Screen transfer printing is our most versatile printing option for one or multiple color designs. With over 70 ink colors to choose from, this screen transfer printing is a great choice for a variety of apparel fabrics. When color matters, our full-color digital printing delivers excellent color matching, sharp details and photo quality reproduction.

APPAREL OPTIONS

We are able to source a wide range of styles, colors, fits, and sizes to ensure everyone in your group is happy! Tell us your parameters, we’ll give you a range of options to match your need, occasion and budget. We also have a list of our favorite items that we know customers love to help get started.

DESIGN SERVICES

Each custom design project is different and the cost depends on the complexity of the artwork and the amount of time required to deliver a final piece. Our hourly design fee is $50 per hour. Our Basic Shirt Design Package starts at $75 which includes 2-3 design concepts plus two revisions and requires a minimum shirt order.

DESIGN PROCESS

The first step for all projects is to complete a project questionnaire so we can understand the scope of your project and provide an estimate. When design services are needed, we help you develop a simple creative brief which provides direction for our designers. We request partial payment to begin design work. For our Basic Shirt Design Package, we present 2-3 design concepts to select from. Once a concept is selected and revisions noted, we complete the design and request any final changes. After this second revision, we present the final concept in a proof for print approval.

DESIGN TEMPLATES

Since most of the work we do is custom, we don't have a template library. However, we encourage clients to browse the internet to get a sense of design styles they like. This helps our design team focus in on the look and feel of the desired final design.

PRICING + MINIMUMS

If you have print ready artwork, the cost depends on the apparel you select, number of colors in your design, print locations and quantity of printed pieces. The more items you order, the lower your price will be per item.

If you do not have print ready artwork, we offer creative design services for a fee.

An estimate is provided for every project which outlines expected costs and product minimums prior to the start of any work. Our basic shirt order minimum is generally 12 shirts.

PRINT-READY ART

Our standard set up includes the placement of print-ready, digital art files provided by the customer to create a printing proof. It does not include any changes or manipulations to the files. High-resolution art is necessary to reproduce a high-quality design on apparel. We can work with any file types and prefer .ai, .eps and .pdf files.

If any adjustments are needed, our team is happy to offer design services at an hourly rate.

PAYMENT POLICY

Due to the nature of custom products, partial payment is required for design services and full payment to proceed with the printing process. We accept checks and credit card payments. Checks should be made out to Dancing Heart Creative Inc, the parent company of Happy Path Printing.

RETURN POLICY

All sales of custom apparel and design services are final. Prior to printing, a signed client proof is required that verifies the accuracy of the print design, apparel information and client's assumed responsibility for any errors.

We stand behind our work and value client trust and repeat business. In the event of defective products or errors we make, Happy Path will work with client and vendor to resolve the issue.

WHO OPERATES HAPPY PATH

Happy Path is operated by the Boyer Family. Wendy serves as the day-to-day contact, lead designer and marketing mind for Happy Path. From corporate brand manager to creative freelancer to entreprenuer, she is well versed in the process of building brands. Wendy holds a Marketing degree, MBA and has spent the last 20 years honing her creative skills through work as a photographer, illustrator and graphic designer.

Bryce serves as assistant press operator and facilities manager. Twin daughters, Macey and Marley, also contribute in various ways as needed to support the business.

Happy Path is an avenue for the Boyer family to do what they love - create and serve people!

BUSINESS LOCATION

We are located in Apex, North Carolina. We invite established clients into our home office for creative design meetings and pickups. For local clients, most initial meetings are held at client locations or the surrounding area.
